At Tatyana, we try to focus on having the best customer experience possible.

Changes to your order

Sometimes you make a mistake when ordering online. We understand that! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can email or call us and we will do our best to update your order details to ensure it makes it to you correctly!

Cancelation

If you haven’t received tracking information for your order, we may be able to cancel it.  Send us an email and we will do our best to take care of it. If there’s a change you’d like to make, please see the paragraph above. An order can be returned once you receive it, please see our Return Policy to learn how.

Preorder

Because we’re a small company (there are only three of us), we order small amounts of products. We often offer pre-orders of products before they’re in stock to ensure you get the size and color you want! We will always specify the date we plan to ship the preorder but keep in mind that manufacturers can be slow, shippers can be slow, and other issues may arise. Final Sale

The following items are considered Final Sale: Items on Clearance; items of a personal nature such as a crinoline, a bathing suit, or a nightgown; and items from other brands purchased on Tatyana.com such as Death Valley of the Dolls, Bow & Crossbones, and MAK. 

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or not as ordered. To determine if your order is eligible for return, please contact us at [email protected].

* Free shipping is available for domestic orders with a post-discount price of $100 and over.

** For those located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico some of these methods might not be available when we ship.  If we have a problem with the shipping method chosen, we will contact you to discuss options. 

APO / FPO - All shipments to an APO or FPO address will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  You can choose “Ground / Economy” or “Free Shipping” if it is available.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Tatyana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has been delivered. We recommend that you ship the package to a location where you know someone will be home to accept the delivery. If your shipment is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company which can process your insurance claim.

* Free Shipping is available for orders over USD$150.  The shipment must be 4 lbs or less.  If we have an issue with shipping your order, we will contact you.

** This time frame is an estimate and does not take into account each country’s customs process.

Customs / Duties

All international shipments may be subject to additional customs or duties charges, determined by your country’s customs officials and levied separately from the payment made to Tatyana. Delays may arise during the customs process and they are out of our control. 

Refusal to pay customs/duties will result in the package being returned to our warehouse. We will not process a refund until the package arrives. You will not be refunded our shipping costs or any charges levied on us by the shipping company, and you may be charged a per-item restocking fee of $5.00.

Return and Exchanges

Returns

In order for an item to be returned it has to be unworn and unwashed.  All original tags must be attached. We allow returns that are postmarked within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. 

In your return, please include your original invoice (a copy will suffice). Circle or highlight the items that are being returned.

We highly recommend taking your package directly to your shipment center to obtain a receipt as we are not responsible for lost packages without proof of package shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive your order we will begin the refund process. Items in original condition that were not Final Sale will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 8 - 10 business days for this refund to process. The amount you will receive will be after shipping and restocking fees are removed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an order that is damaged or your items are defective or incorrect you must contact our customer service via our online Chat Function or via email at [email protected]. Please ensure you contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Orders sent back without prior approval will be subject to restocking fees and shipping charges and will be refunded to your customer account in the form of store credit.

Start your Return

You may choose to send your package back to us on your own or you may contact [email protected] for a return label. If we provide you with a return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to return the package on your own, please ensure it goes to the following address:

Again, we highly recommend taking your package directly to the shipment center to obtain a receipt showing proof of package drop-off. If we do not receive your package and you do not have a receipt, we cannot process your return.
